On November-2014, a Joint International Research Centre (JIRC) was established. The JIRC has eight sub-research centres which are :

3. Advanced & Ice-Ship Technology (AIT)
   


4. Subsea Technology (ST)
   


5. Aeronautic and Aerospace (AA)
   


6. Environmental Research & Clean Energy (ERCE)
   


7. Combustion & Control System (CC)
   


8. Manufacturing and Production (MP)
   

The JIRC were organized by Perkumpulan Ahli Kelautan Mekanik Ruang Angkasa untuk Ilmuwan-Insinyur. The society has been registered under Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia, registered no: AHU-00111.60.10-2014. This society has nickname as the International Society of Ocean, Mechanical and Aerospace – Scientists and Engineers – by collaboration with academic and research institutions.

The target of JIRC is gathered the researchers involved in areas of science and engineering by collecting data for research purposes and sharing their expertise and discussion. We believe interchangeable of idea and sharing knowdledge between researchers are important point to grow up the sciences and engineering which is benefit for word wide communities. Therefore, we believe this JIRC will able to refresh the research experience of the people in these areas and generate impact for the cross discipline research collaboration and knowledge exchange.
