The correspondent author(s) hereby warrant that:-

  1. has been authorised in writing by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf;
  2. this Article is the Author(s)'s original work, has not been previously published either in printed or electronic form (including World Wide Web home pages, discussion groups and other electronic bulletin boards) save as under the terms of this Agreement (see Rights retained by the author overleaf), and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere;
  3. this Article will not in any way violate or infringe any rights of any third party and contains no material of an obscene, defamatory, libellous or otherwise unlawful nature;
  4. He/she has identified (or will identify) to JOMAse in writing any part of the Article which is not the original work of the Author(s) and He/she have obtained written permission for and acknowledged the source of any illustrations, diagrams or other material included in the Article of which He/she is not the copyright owner.
  5. He/she will indemnify and keep indemnified the Editor of the JOMAse against all claims and expenses (including legal costs and expenses) arising from any breach of this warranty and the other warranties on my behalf or on behalf of his/her co-authors in this Agreement.
